This is a list of MPhil dissertations that I supervised since 2019. Most of them are MPhils in Real Estate Finance (full-time: REF; part-time: MSt). I also have up to two MPhil in Land Economy Research (LER) students each year. Occationally, I took on students from Planning, Growth and Regeneration (PGR) or Environmental Policy (EP) when their topics are closely related to my research, such as behaviroual economics or experimental economics.
